Nemesis is the Greek Goddess of retribution who corrects injustices. In response to the disgusting treatment of women worldwide, the Nemesis Party prioritizes the safety, security, and welfare of women and children and a healthy future for all. We use practical solutions to solve long-standing problems. Our aim is to end femicide and make sexual assault and gendered violence rare, and create a functional, sane, peaceful, and prosperous government that focuses on quality of life for citizens and residents of our country.

1. Voting Rights Reform: An amendment shall be added to the Constitution that removes men’s right to vote. Women over 21 will submit their votes on behalf of their entire household.
   If someone born male wants to vote, they must legally transition their gender on their state-issued ID. Official legal transition (as opposed to social transition) also must include the medically documented removal of both testicles.
   Men on the right justify their wish to repeal the 19th Amendment by saying that “politics is war” and women are not cut out for war. I say if you view politics as war and not as a public service, then you should never be allowed to participate in politics and need to stick to video games and sports if you have the adolescent urge to battle each other. Meanwhile, women will work together in cooperation for the good of the country. Electoral politics have looked like a football game for way too long, and we need to get to the work of governing and leave these little boys’ games behind.​​

2. Paternity Act: At the age of sexual maturity, all humans with testicles must enlist in a program of sex education and sign a contract that ensures they will provide $50K per year per child or 50% of their income (whichever amount is greater) to the mother of any child they conceive for 21 years of that child’s life.
   This is a common-sense solution that will eliminate the need for taxpayer-funded public assistance for single mothers, allow mothers to stay home with their children if they wish, or afford childcare if working. It puts financial responsibility solely onto the individual males who are careless with their sperm, rather than on the taxpayer.
   It’s very simple. Self-control is key. Keep it in your pants. We understand how babies are made, and we can now prove paternity through blood tests. No sperm = no unwanted pregnancy. Conceiving a child = a man’s financial responsibility for that child. Taking the risk of insemination comes with 21 years of real-life consequences.
   Putting men in charge of ensuring birth control when they do not want the responsibility of children will make abortion practically obsolete. Those who refuse to sign the contract with the state are admitting that they are irresponsible and will be subject to a mandatory vasectomy.

3. Women’s Safety Act: A mandatory curfew of 10 pm for all males. Exceptions will be made for those who work after hours with a permit from their employer to travel between work and home only. Males found in public spaces without a permit after 10 pm will be incarcerated overnight. Women have felt unsafe in public places at night for much too long.

4. Gun Law Reform: Only women may purchase, own, or sell firearms. This is a common-sense reform, given that men are the number one leading cause of gun violence. Keeping guns out of their hands will drastically reduce the number of deaths and injuries.

5. Sexual Assault Laws: Sexual assault will be prosecuted as a felony, and those humans with testicles found guilty of rape are subject to mandatory physical castration without hormone replacement.
   Regardless of gender, the minimum sentence for sexual assault will be 15 years, with the first five spent in isolation and reeducation focused on consent training, plus ten years of unpaid labor. Those who offend a second time will be sentenced to the Oubliette.
   Sexual assault victims who injure or murder their attackers will be given mandatory therapy, and those over 21 may be subject to one year of community service.

6. Marriage Laws: Marriage licenses are available for consenting adults of any gender over the age of 21 only. And no marriage licenses will be issued until both parties can pass an emotional maturity test designed by mental health and relationship experts.

7. Religious Freedom: Freedom of religion remains, but all places of worship will require members to be 21 and over to enter. Forced indoctrination of children before they are of age to choose their religious affiliation is child abuse. Also, far too many vulnerable children and teens today are physically, sexually, and psychologically abused within the walls of churches, often by religious leaders, and so it makes sense to be sure they are not entering those spaces or being exposed to those who may harm them.
   Religious non-profits will be required to spend a minimum of 25% of their gross income on helping the surrounding community, with a focus on feeding and housing those in need, in order to maintain tax-exempt status. And they are not allowed to proselytize.

8. Supreme Court Expansion: The Supreme Court (state and federal) must have a 2/3 majority of women. Men should have some say in the laws that affect them, but, again, since they view politics as war, most men cannot be trusted to be rational or fair. It has been demonstrated that men generally care more about conquest than justice, whereas women possess greater empathy, making them better at seeing all sides of a conflict. Having more women than men in the highest courts of the land makes for a more just society.

9. Education Reform: An educated society is a more rational and peaceful society, so education should be included as a tenet of citizenship. Student loan forgiveness would take effect immediately, and tax-paid free tuition for US citizens will be available for all state universities.
   To help end misogyny and prevent sexual assault, all public high schools must include a women’s studies curriculum and a comprehensive sex education curriculum that includes consent training.

10. Healthcare: We will implement a Medicaid for All program, with co-pay for those who make over $100K per year. Private healthcare plans will be available for purchase, but doctors who refuse Medicaid clients will have to pay an additional 10% in income tax.
    Medicaid will cover physical and mental health services, as well as dental and vision.

11. Birth Control: Abortion would be considered birth control, and all birth control will be covered under Medicaid. Individual doctors may decline to perform any procedure they are morally opposed to performing.

12. Income Tax: Our tax system is unnecessarily complicated. We will institute a 20% flat income tax for EVERYONE who makes more than $50K per year (no taxes for those who make less), including LLCs and corporations. This will be an automated, simple tax system, paid out monthly based on gross income alone, without deductions. Financial gifts totalling less than $20K per year may be exempted from claimed income.
    At least 80% of all income tax must be allocated to domestic services and improvements, including infrastructure, healthcare, education, public transportation, farming, food security, and housing.

13. End Credit Abuse: All interest rates on credit cards and other personal loans will be capped at 10%.
    Housing is a basic human need, so credit scores will not be used to determine access to rental housing or mortgages. Proof of income (and favorable rental references, if renting) is all that will be required.

14. Military and Foreign Policy: The only aid to other countries would be emergency aid for food, medicine, and infrastructure in the case of natural disasters or war. We will not supply weapons or military assistance.
    Our military will be reserved for defense and emergency aid only, and not for propping up or toppling foreign leaders or regimes.
    Citizens and residents must be over the age of 21 to enter the military. And the military will never be deployed against our own citizens for any reason.

15. Immigration Reform: A quick and easy path to residency will be instituted, and all people currently living in the U.S. without a criminal record can be registered as legal residents with one simple form. Those non-citizens who have been convicted of a felony will be automatically deported to their country of origin and never allowed readmittance.
    There will be no raids or detainment of undocumented residents. Outreach programs will be implemented, and undocumented residents will simply be guided through the proper process to be given official residency. A path to citizenship will be provided for anyone who has been a documented resident for three or more years and wishes to stay.
    All non-citizen residents are required to perform eight hours of community service or volunteer work per month and pay the same income tax as citizens, but must pay non-citizen tuition rates at state universities (this prevents people from simply taking advantage of our tuition-free education and then leaving).

16. Environment: We will transition to 80% environmentally friendly and sustainable power production (including solar, wind, and hydroelectricity), and 100% sustainable, environmentally responsible farming practices within 5 years. Corporate polluters of water, soil, or air will be shut down, their businesses liquidated, and the full proceeds turned over to the state to be used for environmental and infrastructure projects. Let the negligence of careless corporations fund massive upgrades to the grid.

17. Sex Work and Trafficking: We will decriminalize all consensual sex work for those over the age of 21, and sentence all convicted traffickers to the Oubliette.
    Hiring anyone under 21 for sexual services, including the production of sexually explicit images, even if consensual, is considered felony sexual assault.

18. Sexual Harassment: Mandatory caning (Singapore style), minimum 10 strokes, will be implemented for all convicted cases of sexual harassment.

19. Mandatory Enlistment: All 18–21 year-olds must enlist in a state-run community values program, working no less than 20 hours per month on community improvement and maintenance projects, farming, building housing for the unhoused, feeding the hungry, or doing childcare or elderly care. A culture of volunteer labor enriches society, builds a helpful and giving character, and makes young people feel more connected to their immediate community and less isolated.

20. Minimum wage: The minimum wage must cover the total cost of living for one single person when working 140 hours per month. This will be calculated based on the average cost of housing, utilities, food, taxes, and transportation per adult in each state. And it must increase or decrease in proportion to the cost of living calculated every 2 years. (For example, if the average cost of living for a single person is $3000 per month, then the minimum wage will be $21.43 per hour.).
    Tips are not to be included in the minimum wage calculation for any service job, and are considered a bonus for doing above-average work. Tips are also considered gifts, and financial gifts totaling up to $20K per year do not have to be claimed as income for tax purposes. This improves business, as it encourages service professionals to put in extra effort for their more caring and appreciative customers.

21. Social Credit Initiative: A voluntary social credit system will be implemented for men to publicly mark their trustworthiness. Women will be able to rate men on their interactions in person and across all social media. Only men who have an acceptable social credit score will be allowed to work jobs or find housing that puts them in close proximity to women and/or children. Low scores or a lack of score will limit their choices of work, putting them in careers typically performed by mostly men, or in segregated military units. Social score will affect their dating and marriage prospects. And social score will also influence their ability to get loans or receive grants or investments. There may also be events where only men with high social scores will be allowed to attend. MGTOWs, or “men going their own way” with zero interest in being near or interacting with women, might opt out of the social credit system altogether and prefer the company of other adult men.
